Chef Patrick -  Chef Patrick is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, is trained in European, French and Italian cuisine. The gifted Chef Patrick combines the structure of his formal training and authentic techniques with soulful creativity and innovation resulting in an amazing masterpiece on every plate.  Our team of hardworking Island Chefs will tantalize your taste buds with delectable cuisine that will surpass your every expectation. Our Chefs are masters at tailoring every morsel to your personal liking. We take great pride in offering culinary treasures to our guests while using the amazing local products Belize offers. Upon request, chefs can also assist in the art of food and beverage pairing to heighten your total culinary experience.

Turneffe Flats Resort - Turneffe Atoll
Meals are a delicious combination of Belizean and international dishes. Fresh seafood, local produce and home-baked pastries are standard fare. Depending upon your plans and your preference, you have the option to take a packed lunch or return for lunch each day.  Following hors d'oeuvres and refreshments in the evening, dinner consists of soup or salad, the main entree, and a delicious dessert.  Entrees vary among seafood, chicken, pork and beef. We do our best to accommodate special dietary needs. Our bar is located in the lodge adjacent to the dining area and offers plenty of open space to gather after a day of fishing, diving and adventure.

Coco Plum Island Resort - Coco Plum Island
Our thatched roof dining room is situated over the water. What a view for dining! We invite you to enjoy the view from the extended covered porch any time of the day. The Coco Plum thatched-roof bar and restaurant was built by Mayan artisans and provides a large open gathering area with comfy lounge chairs. It is the perfect spot to relax in the evening while enjoying a tropical drink or a locally brewed beer after a day of adventure.

Included in the Honeymoon/Romance package is a romantic candlelight dinner served on the over water palapas. Couples can enjoy the privacy and romance of a delicious three-course dinner for two served by our professional staff.

Itza Restaurant & Bar - Long Caye at Lighthouse Reef Atoll
Our restaurant and bar are just a few feet from the beach and covered for shade and rain. At Itza Resort, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all-day snacks and fresh fruit are included in all packages. Dining is casual, and meals are plentiful, varied, and healthful. We serve traditional Belizean-style cooking along with a mix of international flare.Start your day by enjoying hot coffee, freshly squeezed fruit juice, baked goods, egg dishes, fry jacks, pancakes, yogurt, cereals, and fresh fruit. Later on, enjoy traditional meat and seafood dishes (vegetarian/vegan upon request), served with fresh salads and vegetables, tropical fruits, fruit juices, and baked goods. Fresh caught grouper, snapper, tuna, conch and lobster are also served when in season.

Isla Marisol Restaurant - Glover's Reef Atoll
Isla Marisol's philosophy of Island Dining is simple...Kitchen staff prepares a variety of Belizean and American influenced dishes from fresh ingredients that highlight local and traditional specialties. Meals are served in the communal atmosphere of the dining room, and the dining experience is often mentioned as a vacation highlight. Attire is casual, and it is culturally appropriate to wear cover-ups at mealtimes.

BREAKFAST is served at 7:30AM and includes coffee, tea, fresh juice, tropical fruits, and some assortment of eggs, bacon, sausage, homemade tortillas, fry jacks, or johnny cakes. Coffee and tea are ready as early as 5AM.
LUNCH is served at 12:00PM and involves an entree such as Belizean garnaches or grilled fish sandwich on homemade bread, paired with a side like soup, salad, or ceviche. Packed lunches are provided for guests on tours.
DINNER is served at 6:00PM and features an entree such as grilled lobster, a local favorite like fresh hogfish fish balls, or a traditional Belizean meal like stewed chicken with rice and beans, various sides like potato salad, sweet plantain, or mixed vegetables, and dessert such as coconut pie made from island grown coconuts.
SNACKS including fresh fruits are always available between meals.
KID FOOD is available as needed and kitchen staff will happily work with kids and parents to prepare whatever it takes to keep everyone happy.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIET RESTRICTIONS are generally easy to accommodate. When making reservations, inform the Isla Marisol representative of any dietary allergies, restrictions, or strong preferences. Advance notice is essential to ensure the kitchen is equipped with whatever special ingredients are needed to meet dietary requests.

Whipray Caye Fishing Lodge - Whipray Caye
Sea Urchin Bar/Restaurant:
We also feature the famous Sea Urchin Bar and Restaurant, one of the most unique in the entire area! The kitchen serves up a variety of Belizean and American food, mostly served fresh from the sea, and the fully stocked bar serves the coldest beer for miles around, all enjoyed under the thatched roof and open to the cooling breezes so you can view spectacular sunsets as you eat. Meals are all served Family Style and are fixed price. Call ahead or email for reservations if you are not a guest on the caye. We love to see the sailing boats tied up to our 2 mooring buoys on the west side of the caye.

Tarpon Caye Lodge -Tarpon Caye
At Tarpon Caye we pride ourselves on providing fresh, delicious food for our guests.While you are out fishing our staff can often be found out catching fresh snapper, conch, (our conch fritters are amazing) and lobster in season!
  • You will enjoy fresh salads, soups and Belizean barbecue!
  • For breakfast, we have fresh fruit, muffins, omelets, bacon and delicious Belizean coffee as well.
  • We will prepare a variety of main courses cooked to your liking.
  • If you spend a day chasing snapper or dorado we are more than happy to prepare your catch for dinner that night.
  • We are also happy to prepare a bag lunch if it looks like the best fishing will overlap lunch. Hunger pangs are not allowed at Tarpon Caye!
We are also sensitive to our guests' dietary needs and can handle specific requests and gluten free diets.
