Picture
Conveniently located near all major touring attractions in the Cayo District of Belize, Ka'ana Boutique Luxury Resort is Belize's first Small Luxury Hotel of The World and the only choice for discerning travelers.   With nearby cultural, historical and eco-adventure attractions, guests can utilize Ka'ana as an ultra-luxurious and exclusive out-post. Adventure seekers can experience what was once the center of  the Mayan Empire, while our team of culinary artisans immerse you in authentic Belizean gourmet cuisine.  Enjoy the best of Belize - its people, its food, and its attractions at a world class resort that pays respectful homage to this truly spectacular destination.

Ka'ana Boutique Resort and Spa was built with a specific philosophy and design. This philosophy and design speak to the traveler who desires to experience the culture, history, and geography of an unknown region without having to sacrifice the comforts and amenities they are accustomed to.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS

An enormous amount of care and attention went into the planning and design of our Belize accommodations. Our designers were conscious of the fact that our guests, while here to enjoy inland adventure and the cultural diversity of Belize, appreciate the conveniences they have come to expect in the world's premier resorts.
Ka'ana is truly Belizean inspired in its décor and there are tributes to local craftsmen in all areas of the resort.  Local artist, Jorge Landero, was commissioned to convey the spirit of the Maya in the wall art.  The Art in your room will be changed on the 4th night of your stay in an attempt to expose you to even more  of these local masterpieces.  Elmer Panti hand crafted all the slate work, including the restaurant coasters, which are yet another example of how skilled the local craftsmen truly are.

We are confident that you will enjoy being immersed in the colors, textures, fabrics, and creations of Belize's most skilled artisans and that you will appreciate the subtle homage we pay to our history and culture. Come join us soon to experience the best Belize accommodations that San Ignacio resortsd or hotels have to offer.

BALAM ROOMS - 300 s.f.
Balam Rooms are nestled in a hacienda style home on the grounds of Ka’ana Boutique Resort. These five graciously appointed luxury accommodations all offer private entrances with lovely outdoor sitting areas overlooking the pool or tropical gardens. These intimate rooms feature clean lines and high ceilings with luxurious amenities and queen beds.

Balam is Mayan for Jaguar and jaguars are said to travel in groups of five and come at night to villages. The Maya believed the Jaguar spirit protected them and their settlement.

Balam Rooms ensure you will feel revitalized and ready to explore the Maya archaeological sites located just a short distance away from the resort.

CASITAS - 400 s.f.
These private luxurious accommodations, referred to in Spanish as "Casitas" or small homes, are positioned off a lovely pathway lined with fragrant tropical fruit trees and lush landscaping.

We've ensured that the Casitas at Ka'ana are the most comfortable and most "current" rooms in Western Belize.  You will enjoy the jungles and archaelogical intrigue of the Cayo area by day and be immersed in the comfort you have become accustomed to and deserve by night.

The walls of your Casita are adorned with local art, which we change on your 4th night's stay.  Your french doors and windows allow the indoors to embrace the outdoors in a seamless way.

Your bathroom vanity is done in a beautiful Central American hardwood called "Poison Heart" and is the masterpiece of a spacious, naturally lit space.
