THE CLOISTERS
The Cloisters is located immediately north of San Pedro Town, approximately one mile north of the center but across the Boca del Rio Bridge. Large vehicles are restricted and the area maintains the peace and tranquility that one expects on a tropical island, while being in close proximity to the town and its numerous shops and restaurants.
The area has retained the tranquility one would expect on a tropical island while being within close proximity to the shops and restaurants in the village. A restaurant and bar are on-site and other small cafes and a grocery are in the immediate vicinity. All one bedroom suites have beach front decks, spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens. The bedrooms have queen size beds and are air-conditioned. Cable television and daily maid service are included. Internet service is available at the bar without charge to guests.
A swimming pool, sandy beach and 160' pier are for the use and enjoyment of guests. Diving, fishing, rentals and inland tours to the Mayan sites and rain forest can be arranged.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
Buildings are of the highest structural quality with concrete floors and walls, hurricane resistant glass in all doors and windows, and tile roofs that have proven integrity in storm conditions. Interiors are incomplete allowing buyers to select all interior finishes including floor and bath tile, cabinets, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and interior trim and decoration. Upon completion, The Cloisters will be a full service resort featuring two swimming pools, rental office, bar and grill, and a 160' pier all set in a lush tropical landscape. A concrete seawall protects The Cloisters from the occasional storms but a small beach area remains for the enjoyment of owners and guests.
