There are three magnificent buildings (2 ocean front Buildings A and B and 1 poolside Building C). Grand Colony features luxury one, two and three bedroom residences. The pool is located in the center of the resort with ocean view and fabulous beach only 100 feet away. All the rooms contain a living room area, dining room area, full kitchen, two full baths, Jacuzzi and more with private balconies facing the ocean or pool.
