CASA TULIPAN
Casa Tulipan is located on Ambergris Caye just 2.5 miles south of San
Pedro Town. This one bedroom, fully furnished, air conditioned home is
set on its own fenced lot and surrounded by private homes with a lush
vacant lot behind and quiet neighbors on either side. Casa Tulipan sits
just two rows off of the beach with public beach access about 250 meters
down the road. From the house you can enjoy a leisurely walk along the
beach, walk to a casual restaurant and resort just down the road, or
explore the island by golf cart.
The home is fully furnished with a queen size bed, linens, towels, dishes, and appliances (washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, etc.). Cable television and mobile phone are provided. You can purchase phone cards in town for use with the phone. If you don’t wish to cook your own meals, we can arrange for a catering service to shop and cook Belize or American cuisine for you. Parking for golf carts is available inside the 1.25 meter fence with a locking gate. Additional restaurants, grocery stores and internet access are within 1 to 1.5 miles.
