Caribe Island is located 2 miles south of San Pedro, on the southern end of Ambergris Caye Island. It can be easily reached by golf cart, taxi, or bicycle. Each condo is individually owned and decorated with personal touches by each owner. Caribe Island superb ocean views, has a great pool, and can be accessed by a 300 foot dock.
Caribe Island offers a variety of condos and suites, which can accommodate between 1 and 10 guests. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, cable television, and free wireless internet access. The smaller studio condos, are perfect for one to two people and are very economically priced for the budget traveler.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONSSTANDARD STUDIO SUITES
Ocean View or Ocean Front, sleeps1- 2 persons, Studio with (1) Queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and large shower. The Standard Studio condomimium is cozy and economically priced. It is basically a 250 square foot hotel room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a full fridge, stove top and all the basic kitchen appliances/utensils. DELUXE ONE BEDROOM SUITES Ocean View or Ocean Front, sleeps 2-4 persons, One Bedroom Condo with (1) Queen bed bedroom, a family room with (1) Queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining bar area and large shower. The Deluxe One Bedroom condo is the most popular condo in the resort. It is basically a 650 square foot one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchenette includes a full fridge, stove top, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, serving ware, etc. SEAVIEW CONDO Ocean Views, sleeps 4-6 persons, two Bedroom Condo with (2) Queen bed bedrooms, a family room with (1) Queen sofa bed, (2) baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining bar area and large shower. The Seaview Two Bedroom condo is perfect for two couples who want their privacy. It is basically a 950 square foot two bedroom condominium with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a full fridge, stove top, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, serving ware, etc. MANATEE CONDO Ocean Views, sleeps 6-8 persons, the Manatee is a two bedroom condo with a 3rd loft bedroom. Two baths. This condo has one queen bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has one enclosed twin bedroom and a large loft area with (1) queen bed and (1) twin be. This condo also has a family room with (1) Queen sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The Manatee condo has an open floor plan and is perfect for a family. The condo is 1270 square feet. The kitchen includes a full fridge, stove top, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, serving ware, etc. SEAHORSE CONDO Ocean Views, sleeps 6-8 persons, The Seahorse is a two bedroom condo with a 3rd loft bedroom. It is similar to the Manatee, but bigger with a better "VIEW". The Seahorse has (2) baths. This condo has one queen bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has one enclosed twin bedroom and a large loft area with (1) queen bed and (1) twin bed. This condo also has a family room with (1) Queen sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The Seahorse condo has an open floor plan and is perfect for a family. The condo is 1522 square feet. The kitchen includes a full fridge, stove top, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, serving ware, etc. ROYAL SUITES Ocean Views, sleeps 6-9 persons, (3) Three Bedroom - (3) Three Bath Condo. The Royal Suite has (3) queen bedrooms, (1) twin bed , a family room with (1) queen sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The Royal has three full queen bedrooms each with their own bath. There is an extra twin in one of the bedrooms. The Royal is perfect for three couples or a large family. It is a 1650 square foot, two story condo with three verandas. The kitchen includes a full fridge, stove top, microwave, coffeepot, toaster, blender, serving ware, etc. THE PALMS SUITE Ocean Front, sleeps 8-10 persons, The Palms is an OCEANFRONT two bedroom condo with a 3rd loft bedroom. Two baths. This condo has one queen bedroom on the first floor. The second floor has one enclosed queen bedroom and a large loft area with (1) queen bed and (2) twin beds. This condo also has a family room with (1) Queen sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The Palms condo has an open floor plan and is perfect for a family. The condo is 1650 square feet.
